On the great feast of the Dormition of our Most Holy Lady Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary, His Eminence, George Archbishop of Sydney, Australia and New Zealand, led the festive services at the Cathedral of Sts Peter and Paul in Strathfield. Concelebrating with His Eminence were the cathedral clergy.

В день Преображения Господа, Высокопреосвященнейший Георгий, архиепископ Сиднейский и Австралийско-Новозеландский, совершил Божественную литургию в кафедральном соборе свв. первоверховных апостолов Петра и Павла в Стратфилде.
Сослужили Его Высокопреосвященству клирики собора, а также протодиакон Никифор Франклин из храма Рождества Пресвятой Богородицы в Олбани, штат Нью-Йорк, США. Archbishop George celebrates the feast for Holy Transfiguration at Sts Peter and Paul Cathedral, Strathfield
On Monday, 18th and Tuesday, 19th August 2025, His Eminence George, Archbishop of Sydney Australia & New Zealand celebrated the Divine Services for the feast of the Holy Transfiguration of our Lord at Sts Peter and Paul Cathedral in Strathfield.
Serving with His Eminence were the Cathedral clergy, together with Protodeacon Nikifor Franklin from the Nativity of the Theotokos Church Albany, NY, USA. Following the Divine Liturgy, Archbishop George blessed the fruit according to the tradition.Continue Reading
