ORTHODOX ACTION – SYDNEY is a much respected charitable organisation of our Australian ROCOR Diocese under the patronage of St John of Shanghai and San Francisco. With the blessing of His Grace Archbishop Hilarion its main aim is to raise funds to support orphaned and abandoned children and the needy in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
As part of its fundraising activities for 2008 the Executive Committee of Orthodox Action – Sydney invites all members of our Diocese in Sydney to attend their 7th Charity Concert
Children Our Precious Gems
To be held on Sunday 2nd of March 2008 at the Russian Club, 7 Albert Road, Strathfield, at 2.00pm
All funds raised on the day will go to help the various children’s charities sponsored and supported by Orthodox Action – Sydney in Russia.
The programme will be an entertaining mixture of Russian folklore, classical music, humour and dancing. Ticket price includes a light buffet meal:
Ticket prices: Adults – $22.00
Pensioners and Students – $17.00
Children 5-12 years – $10.00
