26 Jul 24: The First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad celebrates the Divine Liturgy at Holy Protection Church Cabramatta
On 24 July 2024, the feast of Saint Olga Equal-to-the-Apostles, His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, celebrated Divine Liturgy at Holy Protection Church Cabramatta. Co-serving with His Eminence were, Archpriest Boris Ignatievsky (parish rector), Archpriest Serafim Gan, Archpriest Samuel Vishnevskiy, Priest Andrew Morgan, Protodeacon Eugene Kallaur and Protodeacon Basil Konstantinidis.
The parish choir sang under the direction of reader Eustratius Papageorgiou.
Following the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence addressed the faithful with spiritually uplifting words. Following this, the faithful were invited for lunch in the parish hall.
