On Monday, 6 January 2020 and Tuesday, 7 January 2020, His Grace George, Bishop of Canberra celebrated the great feast of the Nativity of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at Sts Peter and Paul Cathedral, Strathfield, NSW. Co-served with his Grace were the Cathedral clergy, Archpriest George Lapardin, dean of the Cathedral, priest Michael Storozhev and protodeacon Alexander Kotlaroff.
Following the Divine Liturgy, a festal lunch was held in the church hall where the faithful joyously congratulated each other with the feast.
On Wednesday, December 25, 2019, exactly one year since the repose of Fr Seraphim Slade, the first Australian Aboriginal Orthodox priest, the house and chapel where his widow, Matushka Elena, lived in Gunning, NSW, Australia, burned down.
Divine Liturgy was celebrated on that day, after which the worshipers went to the cemetery to perform a memorial service over the late priest’s grave.
On the way back they noticed smoke over the house and discovered that it was enveloped in flames.

On Sunday, October 20, 2019, Intercession Cathedral in Melbourne, Australia, celebrated the 70th anniversary of the founding of the community. Divine Liturgy was celebrated by His Grace Bishop George of Canberra along with the cathedral’s Dean, Mitred Protopriest Nicholas Karipoff and a multitude of clergymen from Melbourne and Sydney. Кроме выступления и записи в Саратове, наши хористы побывали в Москве, где они вместе с местными духовными хорами выступали в самых известных храмах: Успенском соборе в Кремле на патриаршей службе, в Храме Христа Спасителя, в Даниловом монастыре.
