CHRIST IS RISEN!
With the joy of God’s Kingdom, as we are “divinely glad, for Christ is risen” (from the Paschal Canon), I offer my Paschal greeting to all: both to those who have successfully completed the reclusion of their quarantine, celebrating now in the churches and communing of Christ’s Holy Mysteries; and also to those who yet abide in the desert of solitude and various restrictions, dedicating the better portion of their time to private prayer, spiritually beneficial reading, and interaction with friends and relatives. May the former and the latter both, in the words of St. John Chrysostom, “honor the day,” receiving in their hearts the riches of God’s goodness! (more…)

Милостью Всещедрого Бога мы сподобились достигнуть светозарной пасхальной ночи и вновь радуемся славному Христову Воскресению. Сердечно поздравляю всех вас, мои дорогие, с этим великим праздником и торжеством из торжеств.
Почти две тысячи лет отделяют нас от воспоминаемого ныне события. Однако каждый год Церковь с неизменным духовным трепетом празднует Воскресение Господне, неустанно свидетельствуя об исключительности того, что произошло в погребальной пещере возле стен древнего Иерусалима. (more…)

I sincerely greet you with the very warmest well-wishes for the blessings of God, good health, spiritual calm, and the patience so needed in this trying time! I especially greet the doctors, nurses, and all who work in the hospitals, sincerely wishing them increased strength and Heavenly aid!
